I have a x495 had in the past a 318 with a snowblade was wondering what is the difference in the blades from the 318 to the one for the x495 I can find the 318 blades everywhere but nothing for my tractor, I dont want to spend 1300 for a new blade if a 318 will work, what is the difference and I was told a while back that there was an adaptor kid but no longer???? If anyone can help it would be great as I am tires of searching the web for an answer. Thank

You will need the quick hitch to use the 318 blade on the X495, or will just need to fabricate the attachment. Was your 318 blade hydraulic lift and angle built-in, or manual?

Give it a try and see how far off, if any, that it is. Some pics would be great.

The distance between the frame is narrower on a 318 than a x495. There is few people selling adapters on eBay. There is a lot to changing the width and you may end up having as much in a 318 blade as the correct for tractor blade.
What you need is a blade for a 425/445/455 tractor. The frame is the same but you need to add 90 deg fittings to the hydraulic lines as the quick connects on a 425 are on the opposite side vs a x495. The same is true for the blowers for the 425. You need to swap sides of the lines and get a different drive shaft. Hope it helps
