Ive Got a 3rd function kit on my kioti is is leaking and I can’t figure out where. I have disconnected the hoses and replaced all the O rings and that resolved 95% of the leaks but there is always a couple of drops on this and I have tighter the 4 Allen screws but something still has a leak . Its dripping from the black box at the bottom. Any help would be appreciated

You have hydraulic oil above the black box thingie. Unless I have mis-placed my trust in gravity, your leak is above the black box and running down and off it.

I would suggest a thorough cleaning/degreasing and then look for leaks again. If you have replaced all the o-rings, I would look at non-o-ring places. I think the valve uses ORB ports. However, the QDs use NPT connections and you have ORB/NPT adapters. NPT fittings, if not done well, can leak and they would be my first guess.

I have started using Locktite (or permatex) pneumatic/hydraulic sealant on all my NPT connections. Works way better that tape or pipe dope. Doesn't take as much torque to affect a good seal.

Good point on cleaning and really getting a good look at all of the places it could be coming from.

I agree and suspect the fitting on the left side on top of the valve.

Took everything apart tonight and found an o ring on the top right that I had missed that had a bad spot so I replaced it rewrapped the threads and will see if that resolves it. it went from a small puddle to a couple of drops after the first round of repairs so maybe round 2 will get it. I really appreciate the feedback. I’m hoping that was the only one I missed On the right side at least.

Well hopefully its good now. But agree you need a thorough cleaning. Blast it down with carb clean or something to get rid of all grease and traces of oil. Then operate it and see where oil is coming from. It sounds like you got all the o-rings for the fittings....but between the block where all the fittings are, and the block thats labeled APC with the coils....probably 4 o-rings between there too
