I've actually seen worse. One of my old bosses bought an old ford TLB that was a lot worse than the one pictured. He rebuilt it himself, with a lot of time and money, but he is still using it 20 years later.

It's just a machine. Any of them can be fixed.

For the right price it wouldn't be too bad. New pins, and re-line or build up weld and re-drill.
