Not in my area, found it on FaceBook.

It doesn't look 'shopped or staged but on the other hand, I can't imagine there's a firefighter in the world that dumb. Took me a few seconds to realize what I was seeing, LOL!

From the crossing sign and location of the trucks, it is somewhere they drive on the "wrong" side of the road.

I don't recall seeing red and white stripes on rail crossing sign posts here in the States.
