wood spliter for 2310

I am looking for a wood splitter and would like your opinion on whither to get a stand alone splitter or a 3PT hitch splitter. There is a 3PT splitter used near me for 675$. Thanks.

IS the gpm on your 2310 the same as the 2410? 4.3gpm will give slow cycle times, but you should be ok. ON a 1523, it takes about 60 seconds to cyxcly, but beats splitting with an axe.

My JD790 is only rated at 5.4 GPM and it handles a 16T Ramsplitter at a comfortable pace.

I think the hydraulic flow at remotes is rated ~ 4.1 gpm. If not, I'm sure someone will let us both know...

I'm not hydraulics expert at all, but it would seem to me that because the system is plumbed in a series type loop, that the GPM would not be changed.
