Wives and tractors

/ Wives and tractors #21
My wife loves her seat time. How good is she? The tractor is no different than most things in our lives. My wife is better at the finesse side and I am better at the brute force things. We have 12 acres of tree seedlings we have to brush hog around until they grow up. She is better at getting closer to the tree rows than I am. I can brute force move things with the loader faster than she can.

I must confess, I do not think I will ever get tired of watching my wife run the tractor.

This is very true, and I am not saying that driving a tractor is a manly thing, I'm sure there are a lot of women who can handle a tractor or machinery way better than me and I'm proud that my wife will even run the tractor but I thought it was kinda crazy to run under the other side of the tree after just breaking off a big limb on one side. The main thing is she's O.K. I'm glad I didn't see it and I think she'll remember the ROP is higher than everything else on the tractor from now on.
