Wiring 6volt to 12volt

I have a 1965 FORD 2000 that is a 6 volt positive ground. I would like to change to a 12volt one wire alternator. Can I make the tractor into a 12 volt negative ground without changing all of the wiring. I know I can use a 6 volt starter, but what about positive and negative grounds? Points, condenser and coil? By the way it is a gas motor as You could tell by points, condenser ,coil. Thanks in advance

It seems that everything on that tractor would be 6 volt positive ground.

Yes it is. Do You know what it would take to change it over?
