I just joined and this is my first post, though I have been reading threads for sometime and ya'll have provided a lot of helpful information in the past I'm hoping ya'll can help me figure out my wiring issue.
The whole story is I was on my Nortrac 35XT last week harvesting with a potato digger on the back. The implement makes the whole tractor shake a good bit and in all that shaking the fuse box wires loose under the clutch. I put the clutch in (not knowing the the wires had come loose) and the clutch hits the wires and shirts the fuses box. When the clutch hit there was white smoke coming out from under my boot.
I have replaced the fuse box assembly but the tractor will still not start--no lights, no electronics, nothing.
What's my next step?
