I am thinking of buying a new tractor,but am concerned about breaking in a new diesel engine in low temeratures.(-20 C).Should I wait until spring?

Change all fluids and every associated filter on the tractor. Flush old fluids as dictated by how bad the gunk looks that you drain out. Then - assuming you can maintain the engine operating temperature at/near 80C - cold weather break-ins should not be a major concern
