- Ford 3000 2.9L Diesel 1968 10 Speed Dual Range. Made in England
Hey everyone the other day I was doing some maintenance around my tractor and saw that my mechanical temperature gauge probe was installed on the lower radiator return hose and the dash warning light sensor just behind the thermostat housing...is that how it's supposed to be or should it be the other way around, I did install a brand new Ford 3000 Diesel thermostat along with a brand new gauge but the it's always showing 45-50*C or 113F!
Isn't the engine supposed to operate at like 70-80*C (168F)? what am I' missing?
