Front-End Loader will not raise

I have a Kubota L3410 with a Koyker L150 loader. The loader will not raise unless you pull the lever to tilt (left) and pull down 1/2 way to raise. It will lower but without enough power to lift the front end. Tilt works fine. Any ideas? I have already replaced the control valve and it does the same thing. Changed the hydraulic fluid and filters and rebuilt the cylinders for the lift. Thanks.

Sometimes it’s the easy things like hoses aren’t connected right or quick disconnect aren’t setted or fitting not tight letting air pass by

One other person had this problem and determined that one of the lift cylinders had come apart so the piston was disconnected from the rod.
