i was just wondering if people could post pictures of there wildest combinations(12hp garden tractor with plow etc) i would really like to see what some tractors are able to pull

this is my 12HP wheelhorsse towing a 12HP 36" tractor on a trailer and one towed by rope behind the trailer
its towing just over a metric ton (1100kg) approx not including the weight of the trailer.
it will tow up and down hill, this is probably why it needs a new gearbox /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

ya got me rumbled, they were just set up then, notice the lack of rope to the last tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
when these things happen i dont have the camera and i thought it was worthy of a shot for the shed wall (i like to put up shots of acievement or cock ups) so i put it out on the lawn a few days ago and took a shot

cleatus, i admaire your work, that baby just be growin and growin, one day i will have the skill to do what you do, well, maybe

If you hook them two towed tractors up with a double tree you can seriously reduce your mowing time. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

It's not a tractor but it's still a pretty COOL Toy /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif It's for sale if anyones interested. 1953 M37 4X4 with a 16" Wayne chipper on the back, she'll go most anywhere.

Does a Saw Mill count as a wild attachment? I saw this at a tractor show last summer. It's a steam tractor driving a saw mill with a large belt.

See attached image.

While this isn't technically an attachment, it is pretty cool.

That is pretty cool! Any details available? How does it steer?

/ wildest attachments #16
I don't know how it steered. But, I can say I saw it steer, so I know that it worked.

Also, it wasn't a John Deere as it's marked. It's a Honda. MANY people hounded the owner about it at the show.

David,

Dang! That looks like so much fun. Wish I had the $'s to make you a reasonable offer. Hope you've had fun with it.

There's a similar one, just up the road from me. No guards, just big blades, now rusting. Looks incredibly dangerous but, pretty cool. I'll try to snap a pic the next time I go by.

Yes, it is a pretty cool rig and is fun to use. It's amazing where it will go and how fast it will chip. I wish I wasn't physically limited, I wouldn't sell it /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif It's a high production machine. It's not really dangerous, the only thing you have to watch out for is if you put in a whole tree, you want to be at the far end of it or it will whip you stupid. I have put hardwood saplings 3" round and 30' long through it and it only takes about 3 seconds to chip so you want to be out of the way.

That's pretty neet. It looks like they used a truck recap for the track.
