I'm from the old school, and if they tried it just once after being told, then they would get what was coming to them.
But that is just my opinion, worth little in this situation.

Don't worry I beat his ***** numerous times and he still did not catch on. later we found out that he is 16P 11.2 Micro Deletion.

My 2013 3032E does not do this when I'm running my brush hog, the PTO stays engaged when I push the reverse pedal. I don't have a mid PTO, maybe that is the difference.

Yep, that's the difference. He was/is running the snowblower off of the mid PTO, which is usually used for a MMM, which sort of makes it a BIG lawn tractor when used for that purpose. It looks like, if you've got a mid PTO, you've got an RIO safety interlock, but only for that PTO.
