This is completely incorrect. . We send over 6000 cords of wood per week to various mills and deal with quarantines of various sorts meant to limit the spread of insect and disease on a regular basis. The emerald ash borer is just one insect we are trying to hold at bay for as long as we can.
Firewood is the dirtiest wood product there is, as well as the lowest value.

In your case simply kiln drying the wood is an easy way to get around most quarantines.

What part is incorrect?

I made inference to ulterior motives of legislators here based on my experience with them…
I don’t trust them and jaded As a result but l meant for my state. They’ve just manipulated with cloaked motives and l can only wish l was incorrect about that.
If the firewood mandate is a multi state directive, then l would give it more credence.

Several years ago I was asked if a destitute family could cut some wood for heat on my property, and I said yes.
Next day the go-between said the man and son didn't want to get out in the cold, could i cut, split, and deliver 3 ricks.
