I wonder if you can use the serial # of your tractor to figure out where it originally came from (dealer) and/or, the original/first owner

Your dealer can look all of that up through the warranty system.

Equipment manufacturers keep records by serial number showing when each machine was first sold at retail, including the dealer and customer. Dealers can access the info.
