If you want to round some people up and get somethin' goin, why don't a lot of us Kioti owners go over to the Kubota section of the board and stir up some stuff. That'll draw people from all around. When we're done, we can go pick on JD and New Holland.

I think it sounds like fun. Want to see if the Century/Branson and Mahindra guys want to go with us?

How about rehashing the Kubota vs Kioti litigation.By the way,I painted my box blade Kubota orange (because Kioti doesn't sell quarts)and guess what? the color match isn't even close,what with all of Kubota's crying you would think the match would be seamless..........go figure?...Mike

Kioti does have there orange in quarts. I use to have a few of them. Let me know if you want some....

Yeah, I saw you over there and started to jump in on your side, but the post was already dead for a few days so I decided not to kick a dead horse, so to speak.

I'm with you, RedDog - that sounded like a pretty high price for a Kubota 5030 - or maybe it is right in line, just we're used to paying for the machine, not a name. I'll bet your DK65 cost less than that 50 hp Kubota and can handle alot more load - pulling, lifting, etc. Of course, you didn't get that Kubota name - wait, since some folks couldn't seem to spell Kioti right, should I be spelling that Kabutee or something.

It is amazing how sensitive several (not all) Kubota owners are on the subject of Kioti. Don't seem to get that from the JD or NH owners, so I guess it is just a paint thing. And I agree, that from my observations, the Kubota paint is definately a shade or two different - it is certainly no closer than an Agco or Allis-Chalmers - i.e. they are all orange, but all different shades.

Oh well, you did a good job of pokin' at the kabotee owners. I'm proud of you.

5030 was very nice in our PM's,, although I would like to do a comparison /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif.

As for the "where is everyone",,, I was out mowing last night in the twenty some degree weather watching the lunar eclipse. Now I'll be taking the belt off the 84" Landpride and letting it sit till spring.
