Update (though no pictures yet)

Tree is still standing/leaning.... not fallen over yet.

The bulge in the ground has gotten larger so there is more pressure there. I've debated on taking my backhoe (industrial) and from the road, scratch at the bulging rootball to speed the process... Then I think I'll wait another day to see what happens.

I keep checking after nasty storms. Darn tree should be in a Timex commercial because it's still ticking!!

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears it, does it make a sound? I have several dead trees from the 2009 drought that also leaning. Not worth the time, effort or risk of cutting them down for the ones that are going to fall in the forest. Now the ones that may fall on a building, in the pond or across a road, those are a much higher priority.
