Ofcourse to check the moisture tester for accuracy you have to take the corn sample to the elevator and compare readings anyway... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
They still have to be calibrated with a current USDA tested and stamped moisture tester to insure accuracy, they usually don't come out of the box or closet after a year dead on. Easiest thing to do when drying corn to avoid getting docked later is checking your tester against the elevator you're selling to.
