Fredricks right now is offering a YM1800D 4x4 with a newer Koyker 120 loader and new R1 tires for $9,494. It's completely restored to new condition.

Personally, turf tires would do nothing for my tractor use. Actually maybe even worse for the tasks I need the tractor for. I would get stuck too often with turf tires. The YM1800D is similar to the JohnDeere-650 2-cly Yanmar. It has power for the FEL, but it's slow going overall getting tasks done. I've seen these in action.
Here's the Fredricks model all restored.
If you have some good hours already clocked that would lower the value some. If the tractor was well kept and shed/barn kept, that would hold or give a slight price advantage. Remember, you are offering a tractor that was made in the early '80s as a CUT. The LS you are seeking is about $30K give or take $5K new. LG does make a good machine. If I had to do it again, it would be a hard toss up of a an LS-3038 vs. a Yanmar YM3110D 4x4 restored by Fredricks. Both are equal machines overall. Fredricks has a 1-year warranty. I think the LS is 3-years. The cost for the Yanmar is 1/2 that of the LS. Both has the PowerShift or Sync-Shuttle shifting (automatic like).

A co-worker got an LS the year before I got my YM2610. He nearly flipped out when I told him my CUT restored better than factory was under $5,900. If I would have added the FEL, the price would have been $9,300. I could have nearly bought TWO Yanmars for the price of his LG LS-3038.
