What\'s a fair price??

Now that I have my kubota for snow removal I want to put my snowblower up for sale. What would be a fair price for a 10 year old 5hp Simplicity blower? It has been a good machine and is still in pretty good shape. If I can't get much for it I may store it away, but I hate to take up the space in the garage.

I just happened to notice a new 5 hp MTD at BJ's club today. It was $549. Based on that I would say 200-250 .
