My wife (bless her) gave me a 5' rear blade. Unfortunately we had our biggest snow in 10 years (20") a week ago:(. Had to make do with the loader for that. I think I'll try the blade out tomorrow on the driveway anyway. I'll be smoking one of the Acid Kuba Kuba cigars she gave me. Does it get any better than that?

I was blessed to be brought up in a family with 10 children. When we watched "the Walton family" on TV, it reminded us of ourselves. Our parents struggled to get us gifts until we were able to finally convince them that it was unneeded and unwanted. We convinced them that Christmas ought to be the easiest thing in the world, not a stressful time at all.

So again this year, I got exactly what I needed and what I wanted: I got an opportunity to eat good food in a warm house with my friends and family. I got hugs, handshakes, smiles, and good conversation, and we even got in a few prayers. I also got a few days off from work to catch up on a few things, and relax a bit. I value these gifts most highly, and it is all I EVER wish for Christmas.

My BX2660 was an early Christmas present from my wife. She also gave me a tow hitch set up for the 3ph. My mother gave me a 5 foot RB. My son like me is an engineer and this past summer bought me 2 5 foot pieces of 1 inch case hard steel rod stock for horse shoe stakes. I had cut off a foot on each rod before using them. I had shown him a picture of the deck wheels and mention to him I was going to use the cut off pieces to make them. I had bought the wheels and this week I finely got around to making them. I got to looking for the wheels and was missing one. I went and bought another one and finished the deck wheels. Needless to say my son had the other wheel. They also gave me a pneumatic grease gun. When I opened it I said, Alright. I just put the deck wheels on and can now grease the deck. I saw his face drop. The next present I opened was the deck wheels he had made for me. I smiled and told him they were way better than the ones I had made and right away put them on the deck.

I got a Kubota steering wheel spinner knob. I found it on Ebay, Kubota PN 777000-01540. I hadn't seen one anywhere else and don't get many hits looking online.

Steve C- I wish I could extend them for you.

Thanks. I think they are extendedable but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it. I applied online and they said I wasn't eligible. I would rather just get up in the morning and go to work but the world doesn't seem to need my services at the moment.:eek:

Man, I am really sorry to hear about that. This country is in such deep,
deep trouble. I feel very fortunate so far, with work. But I'm waiting for
the bottom to fall out. Wouldn't supprise me a bit. There's a lot more going
on than we know about.
