What to get???

I am in the market for a CUT but am not sure what to get??
I currently own a Farmall 656 with a int. 2001 loader. It is a great tractor but a little large for working around the yard. We have sold our farm and I kept the 656 for brush hogging and some land clearing. I do some property maintanance and plan to keep the 656. I am considering selling the loader and buying something smaller with a loader and possibly a finish mower for doing the lawn,@3 acers. I brush hog @ 14 acers twice a year and will do some landscaping work. My brush hog is a Woods 720 (very heavy) and will keep the 656 for that. Any ideas??? what a good CUT would be??

I have a DX45 with loader and 72" rear finish mower, with both ag and turf tires. My brother has a D40 with R4 tires which is a good compromise tire, as he can mow the lawn and still use the tractor in the woods. These tractors will not replace a 656 for heavy work, but you will find them much handier in confined areas, with excellent visibility. If you get the quick coupler for the bucket, you can easily remove the front bucket when mowing, also use pallet forks and other attachments. If you move stuff, you will wonder how you ever got along without pallet forks. The Class 3 tractors (D/DX35,40,45) handle a 6' rotary cutter well if it has a category 1 hitch, but you will notice the horsepower difference from your 656, along with the fuel consumption.

Magnum How does the lawn handle the weight, does it make alot of ruts??? I do realize it isnt in the HP class of the 656 that is why I am keeping it! I just need something for utility and yard work and some landscaping.
