What start

I have a kubota L2350 4WD tractor. I was having problems with it cutting of while i was on it doing work. I changed the air filter and the fuel filter the fuel filter looked to have a small amount of water in it. After changing the fuel filter the tractor will not start . it will turn over but not run. Do I need to bleed the fuel after I change the fuel filter, and if so where and how. Thanks for any help.

welcome and yes I think you will need to bleed it. first pull the filter back off and fill with fuel. then after it cranks you can slowly crack open a line on one of the injectors, to help get the air out. Do not crack it too much or you will have fuel everywhere, just enuff to see fuel coming out. you can go ahead and crack a line open first if you want to, and just snug it back up, and then crank the tractor, so it wont be to hard, or hot, to open once the tractor is running. When you see fuel coming out steady you know you have the air out. You may need to bleed all injectors but sometimes you can get the air out thru one. zman

Thanks that is just what i was trying to read on and couldnt find anything on the 2350 series for where to bleed from. That was a great help.

If you have the manual it should show how to bleed it. I think mine have like a plug on pump to open slightly. One of them has a hand pump to pump the fluid for bleeding.

Did it cut out, miss a few strokes and then refire, or cut out and stop completely?
If it would miss, then fire back up, it could be a problem with the seat switch or its wiring...my JD did that on rough ground
