Ha, ha - that's funny stuckmotor. My little Cocker Spaniel got into some pine pitch yesterday. Man - removal was a tough job. And his squirming and jumping around didn't help.

Manure - only once. He's a pure bred Chocolate Cocker Spaniel. He got into manure about a year ago. Chocolate dog with yellow/green racing stripes. He DID NOT enjoy the subsequent bath and has stayed away from that stuff.

We have one stretch of power poles on our place that the hogs love to rub against. A few were replaced last year and they really enjoyed the fresh cresote.
This morning, I got out to the farm to look for hair in the mud on the trees. The doctor told me not to bend over so I couldn't look very close or very long. I didn't find any hair
That doesn't mean it's not there. The lenses the doc put in my eyes are for good distance vision. New reading glasses are yet to come and might tell a different story.
The disturbed ground in the pix looks like the work of hogs, to me. There's even one small red cedar/juniper that they appear to have dislodged completely.
