What name (& why) did you give your tractor?

Named my b2710 Pebbles, after Pete named Clementine. Figured someday I'd get a Yellow CAT or Deere backhoe and name it Bam-Bam. Still refer to "her" as the tractor though.

Well I'm calling it Huon after Huon corp. Bought with my share options when the company was recently taken over.

It only an old grey market B7001 but it will keep my 30 year old Kubota KF walk behind company.

I can also use all those company slogans about durability and dependability as well.

I call my B7100 "******" because its got a mind of its own, its rutheless, it shows no remorse and I feel like a prisoner-of-war when I gotta wrench it!!

My Kubota L-3710 got dubbed "Pumpkin" cause it arrived the day after Halloween (a day late), it's orange and I feel like Cinderella in a coach in the cab.... Now where's Prince Charming......or do I need a glass slipper or something??????/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Glass slippers are not availble from Kubota. There may, however, be third party suppliers.

Never named the machinery, but the pets, that's a different story. Had two dogs, Briggs and Stratton. Had a blacktail shark, Tecumseh. Three cats, Husqvarna; Gilson and Roper. Thankfully, my ex-wife had to approve the kid's names.
