I have one gripe on my Massey GC1710 as well. It's a great tractor, except the "dual role" seat.

It's a single seat for using the tractor, and has a swiveling pivot thingie to turn it backwards to use the backhoe. It's such a frustration to switch back and forth that I find myself leaving the seat in the forward position, and kneeling on it while facing rearward to operate the backhoe. All in all that works out pretty well if you are digging a ditch, since you need to keep advancing forward anyway. But the complexity of the design to change from forward to reverse is certainly a low point in an otherwise excellent tractor. Before choosing the Massey I noticed the Kioti SCUT had two seats which seemed better.

Diff lock is operated by right heel. Unfortunately, your right foot is busy with hydro pedals, also on the right. Brake is all alone on the left.

I don't know why Branson makes the cabbed and non-cabbed tractors different here. My cabbed 3725 has the diff lock on the left heel side, so I can run the forward/reverse pedals with right foot, and diff lock or brake pedal with left foot.

I wish they would build the non-cabbed tractors that way too, I feel for you guys.

The dash display
Kioti should send an engineer out here to cut for 7 hours in 100* heat.
NO way the dash display indicator lights can be seen. I've almost missed two regens and hitting the regen button.
The exhaust smell got my attention and had to stop cutting stoop over even more and place both hands over the dash to see the indicator lamp.

No grab handle near the mirror so have to grab the steering wheel.
No tool box. One can be mounted behind the seat. Looks like drilling time to mount one.

Most hyd. hoses are tightly routed right up against the frame. Looks like an opportunity for hyd. hose cuts from normal vibration some time in the future.

No auto pilot to cut backwards down both sides of dah creek. :drink:

My Kubota M7060HD12 accelerator pedal is so far to the right on the platform it is uncomfortable to get my leg around the FEL controls to use it. The hand throttle is so conveniently positioned, it's what I normally use. I have thought about making some kind of custom clamp-on extension for the pedal, to position it more to the left, to make it more user friendly. I also will not use the tractor to cut some really overgrown fields or perform some heavy brush/grapple work until I provide some protective skid plates for the exposed fuel tank and hydraulic lines underneath. I fault Kubota for not addressing this weak point in their heavier tractors.

New Holland 壮uper steer?
I love my NH TC45D except for the super steer front end. It is a PITA when swapping quick attach FEL equipment because there is no last minute correction as turning the steering wheel to the right the FEL tends to drift in the opposite direction, same when turning to the left.
If one had a belly mounted mower, the super steer would be a beautiful thing.
That being said, i知 Not in the market to trade.

Unless it needs a park regen you don’t hit the button unless you need to stop the auto regen. Keep the rpms above 1800-2000 and keep working it will complete its regen. Only time you have to activate the regen is if the light is flashing, then you have to do a park regen.
