What is this MF implement? What do I do with it?

I bought a regular A Frame toolbar at an auction and this came as part of the lot. Trying to figure out what it is and what I might do with it.

Looks home made with a MF sticker on it. If anything you got some heavy gage steel angle.

I think it is a drag used to level plowed fields.

Looks like an old Pittsburgh cultivator frame someone transformed into a drag harrow. Maybe a MF cultivator frame.

I believe it is the frame for hanging chain style harrow, or a spike harrow.

I looked at your title for a while before I realized "MF" stands for "Massey-Ferguson".
