Mowing what is the best speed

I just acquired a ford 1310 to mow a couple of acres. I have a 4' finish mower. I am mowing on about a 30 degree grade. What is the proper speed/range to mow with this set up?

The proper speed is the speed at which you feel comfortable you are not compromising stability.

I am not worried about stability. I am more concerned with proper grass cut without overworking finish mower.

That is the speed when it quits cutting cleanly. More likely to compromise stability then cut too fast. I can use up to 8th out of 12 gears without cutting to fast for my RFM.
