Good point. What was the original situation that you thought you needed to change the o-rings ? Maybe it was a false flag. Like TinHack suggests here !Looks like the leak is higher up. What is the the yellow line? It looks dripping wet.
Well. I would stand outside the tractor and move the joystick and see fluid spray out at the connection but maybe I miscalculated. I want about to stick my face in there and get sprayed. I'll need to check again. Maybe later today when I can get over there. Would be great if it was something simple.Good point. Yellow line is just the hydraulic cover when they are disconnected.Looks like the leak is higher up. What is the the yellow line? It looks dripping wet.
Are talking about a Hydraulic Quick Connect? Why is it wet? If the leak is indeed coming from the flanges, you probably used the wrong seal.Yellow line is just the hydraulic cover when they are disconnected.
No. I have some leaks with those too when the hydraulics get hot but this is about the connection in the image I posted. Are talking about a Hydraulic Quick Connect? Why is it wet? If the leak is indeed coming from the flanges, you probably used the wrong seal.

Best guess is the bent hydraulic pipe has a stress crack in it either under the fitting or or at the swedged end. Not uncommon after many cycles. I would replace the hydraulic formed lineI changed the o-rings on this connection to the hydraulic pump but it looks like fluid is still leaking out at the connection. What am I missing?
From the dealerVery likely the Kioti uses metric O-rings, which look similar to SAE dash number O-rings, but are not a match. Did you get the O-ring from the dealer, or just put in the closest match you could find? Also, hydraulic O-rings for flange connections must be 90 durometer. Most O-rings you get from an auto parts store are 70 durometer, which WILL leak.
