Got my blower mostly ready to go.

Still need to mount it on the 3pt so I can check the pto shaft length, and figure out where my hitch adjustment needs to be.

Also still have to flip that cutting edge over so it doesn't dig in to my dirt driveway or backyard.

Also still have to figure out how I'm running the hydro lines so I don't pinch one or damage them while running. Want to hook it to the tractor first.

So far I think the only thing I can gripe about is the set up instructions in the manual.

They basically show a picture of the blower and Step 1 is "Build this".

Not quite that bad.

The "procedure" they spell out for checking and cutting the pto shaft is flat wrong. Even though my head told me it wouldn't work, I tried it anyway. It doesn't take enough off and after going through the steps twice last night I walked away disgusted with myself for not just doing it "my way" from the beginning. At least their procedure leaves the shaft too long, and not too short, so could be worse.

I guess I never hit "post" last night? Weird.

Threw some snow this afternoon. Have to make an adjustment to the skid shoes, I moved them down a hole set (about 2") and it's a bit too much. Cutting edge is a couple inches off the surface, and I don't think it needs to be. I did flip the cutting edge over so the edge angle points up, instead of down (I have gravel, dirt and grass to contend with).

I took my future grandkids for a ride in the Branson. I wanted to do a hayride for them but the weather did not cooperate.

They loved it but liked opening and closing the grapple the most. Both of them kept wanting to be the one pushing the buttons. Lol

Got mine topped off with fuel and ready to go for next week. We're supposed to get clobbered with a winter storm, but snowfall estimates are all over the place.

Blower is ready.

fixed my fuel tank leak with a plastic weld kit. previous owner put epoxy or something but didn't work. first time I've filled the tank since I bought it. rotated my exhaust so it's not blowing dirt up anymore. I don't know why they would have the exhaust pointing to the ground in the first place.

So you do not like the dirt blown up by a 2535 either? That is the one design flaw that is aggravating. But those lil tractors just keep on getting the work done. W.Jones

100% agree. that was about the dumbest spot ever to have it come out. I put up with it all of two 10 acre mows. before I sipped my beer and said that's getting changed.

It seems to be very commonplace among all the various brands in the SCUT/CUT size range. I have no idea who originally thought that was a good placement, but may the fleas of a thousand camels infest their armpits.

I really wish mine was a vertical stack coming out of the hood. I've looked it over and I just don't see a way to reroute it up there like I would want it.
