Those indeed are nice looking trailer 3 point hitches, Deezil, Lou, They both look professionally built. I made one for my tractor, not nearly as nice, but functional. It works good for going forward quite well, but for some reason I find it is extremely hard to back a trailer with a tractor. I am guessing it is the closeness of the hitch to the back wheels, I am not sure. I am pretty good with backing a trailer using my truck, but have a much harder time using the tractor to back a trailer up as the trailer easily jack knives. (Maybe its me??)
As a solution I made a hitch that quickly mounts to my FEL bucket. I can push a trailer extremely accurately into a tight parking spot using it. I use that device much more often.
