What else do you do with forks besides lift pallets?

That was a British made tractor, right? I almost bought a 2WD version last spring but someone else paid more. They are well built and seemingly run forever. Have you seen other FWA models? You should never sell.

How do you get that to 10,000 lbs or are you counting the loader and some weights?

The loader and tire fluid make it over 10K lbs...
I have never seen another, but, they were more common in Canada.

I have never seen another,, even 2WD,,, but, there is a 2WD with a cab for sale in WV right now on CL,, $5,300

Mine will never be for sale.

The "safety gurus" also insist on a safety harness. It makes sense and a lot less expensive than a funeral or long-term care.

After I changed out a 10HP 3 phase electric motor for a 15HP motor,,,
on top of a 115 foot tall grain elevator for my BIL,,,
I decided in the future,,, I will stay on the ground!! :laughing:

But I took the forks off the pallet frame, and used it as a carrier for my snowplow rather than spending the money on a blank SSQA plate.

I like that! Much easier to store two fork tines than an entire (awkward) set of pallet forks for the winter. I have a set, so I know!

I saw sparks, then half got thrown off, still hanging on being dragged for some distance, pressing on the throttle. I had the wind knocked out of me as my "friends" laughed hysterically!

The machine with 8000# lifting capacity had a fight getting that stone out with the forks.

Oh to be young and foolish again. Now I'm only foolish!
