Hello TBNers,
Here is a copy of e-mail sent to Howse and I have not received a reply in a month.

Copy=====
When I purchased my new tractor I also purchased on of your 5' brush cutters. The back welds were not very well done and now the "apron" has split at the weld and had bent. I plan to weld a heavy piece of angle to increase the strength. Will this cause any problems as long as the cutters clear? Also since I do not have a covered storage, the square area on top where the drive box is located catches and holds water. Please advise where and what size holes could be cut in the corners to let the water drain out when it rains. Thank you. N.A. Randall
End copy ====

How 'bout it friends, any and all suggestions and comments welcome.

While I'm here, even though my computer is not attached to "Tug Bota Annie"
I have just had a lock up and when re-booted the START line that was at the bottom of the screen is now on top and I can't move it. When I attempt to drag it pops to half screen vertically. More thank you for help with this.
Wish my computer would start and load as fast as Kubota.

You will be fine welding an angle across. Make shore the blades do not hit anthing.

I would drill a couple of 3/4" holes for the drainage. Drill them where the deep end of the water is.

Grab an open spot on your toolbar with your mouse. Left click and hold move to the side in an arc motion. Let go. Repeat till you have your toolbar in the wanted position. This assumes you have win95/98/Me. If you have xp make sure your toolbar is unlocked.
Hope this helps

With a lot of companies a phone call works bettter than a E-mail. Keep in mind that Howse isn't guite the same as Bush hog or Woods customer service wise. but there equipment is cheap.

Thanks to all for input.
I found out I had to click the toolbar in the center then it would move down.
And I guess I could cover the brush-hog, but that just invites wasps in our neck of the woods.
I purchased the middle buster with the tractor and Howse cutter. I think it was listed a $75 or $80 .
