RumpledOne--you sure have a lot of projects. Congrats.

I live on my ranch. Ranch = projects. Fences to mend, trees to cut, gardens to grow, buildings to building, stuff to fix/repair/build, lawn to mow, etc.... Doesn't seem like anything special to me. Just like most folks living in the country... doing a day's work.

Yesterday, I had the old rail boards from the F150 pickup to cut down to fit my Ranger pickup. Almost made a video of that. But watching me saw a couple of boards and use a screw gun ain't all that exciting. Besides, the boards ain't that pretty to look at. But at least now, I can haul twice as much junk to the dump...LOL!!

Thanks.

I prayed today that it was our starter relay that was bad on our side by side refrigerator and not the compressor...Thankfully it was the starter relay and that was $111.00 installed vs...$800.00 to $1,000 for a new compressor...and no we would not have bought a new compressor...we would have bought a new fridge. but this one is only 7&1/2 yrs old....to young to die.....

Rumpled one, what are the daily high temperatures like this time of year where you are located. I can see the flag move, so there is a bit of air moving, and that's good.

High temps in low 70s

Ah! Good for you! It is a bit better here lately, but overall it has been a hot summer.

In the winter, I can take heat from a heater that amounts to a temperature that we would consider oppressive were it summer. Yet, most folks say "Man that feels good." I assume the main difference is humidity. But last winter, I decided that during the summer I would pretend that it is winter and that my heater works really, REALLY well. And I do believe it helps just a little. There comes a breaking point where the sweat will eventually pour, but many times I can forestall that for a while by thinking and saying aloud "Man that feels good!"

Today I pounded in some tee posts and put up a fence for my dog to run around in. Had to soak the ground with water as the ground was so hard, I couldn't drive the post in. After soaking them they went right in.

Me too. In the winter I can get my wood stove going and heat up the house over 100F. And it feels really nice. Now in the summer, 100F would be way too hot for me. It has to be the humidity.

My dad keeps the thermostat on 90 most times in the winter. It feels good to him, but in the summer that temperature is way to hot.

Today I just worked on editing some html and php code in a website template for a webhosting site I'm setting up. Got the billing software integrated with the template last night. Did some testing of it today.

Still working on some of the pages. Taking out the default content (Lorem ipsum) and adding my own content. As well as getting the links to point to where they are supposed to go.

Next I'll be getting the web server setup to host the clients websites on.

Hopefully I'll have the web hosting site launched in a few months. That is once I get all the bugs worked out.
