I recently had the tread mill stress test and followed up with my cardiologist today. Being active, I did pretty well on the test. The tech's gave up getting me to 123 beats per minute. I maxed at 120. Having been diagnosed with some blockages years ago, every visit, the doctor says any pain? I do get a little twing from my heart now and then. Nothing earth shaking and it's really hard to quantify. I carry Nitro but have never felt the need to take any. So, I was thinking that perhaps an investment in a watch might be worthy to catch that rare moment.
