The MTL RG-7 60" Grapple I ordered 3 weeks ago arrived last week and I spent the last two days getting it installed and working.

Please post pics while in use and tell us how it's working for you.

Its working well, I posted a pic in this thread, although it is not a very good pic. I do wish the clamps would open a little more, but for the price it is well worth it. Clamps are only partially open in the pic. It is a little heavier than some of the more expensive grapples, but at 1/3 the price, again it is worth it. This is the first grapple I have had, I'm still learning how to use it best, but I am very happy with it.

Need a grapple for my tractor... help me spend some money. :)

Yeah those do look pretty nice. Everything that Michigan Iron does looks pretty nice. The "second stage" grapple lid is an interesting design too, but adds a lot of weight for minimal capability effect. Nearly double the price of an MTL, but competitive with most other offerings. Bob over...

Added this 2013 Kubota Z725 Zero Turn mower. Our Case dealer has been open since 1934. It's first couple years at the dealership. It served as a demo and then the last 10 years it's been at the dealership owner who is 77 for his personal use at his house and showed 433 hours. After a few hours of use, I'm very pleased. For the same $7K from TSC I could have had the new 25 HP 60 inch Bad Boy . Another $5K would have gotten me the 2025 Kubota Z726.

I bought a new Kubota SVL-75-3 track loader. So many things I can do with it. Mowing, trail maintenance, moving materials, the list goes on. The mower in the picture is my dad's, but is a bit too big, still works pretty well but it makes my machine front heavy.

Since we were getting tired of yanking out the watering hose from our attached garage and connecting it to another hose that was connected to the vegetable garden sprinklers a little ways off, I ordered the following parts to put together a 3/4" inlet wall sillcock for my better half:

Woodford model 30P-12
Sharkbite 3/4" tee
Sharkbite hose with shut off valve

Installed the Woodford faucet finally. Had to procure some suitable concrete and wood drill bits plus a close quarter tubing cutter. Went well; will replace the little bit of insulation removed.

Lol, sure! I felt bad borrowing my dad's all the time, so bit the bullet and got my own. It's really a great little machine.

Funny, i removed all my house exterior outlets after the wife left a hose attached, the line froze and flooded my basement.

I installed exterior ground based frost frees in their place.

Despite shutting off the inside valve that is 4' back inside the house, and the pipe is sloped down to outside, and leaving the valve on the outside of the house open, this spring, the exterior valve body had a crack from ice plug. So I installed a freeze proof faucet this spring. We'll see how it goes.
