A new head for my weed eater.

Some bungie cords with ankle straps to fasten to the deck so I can swim continuously. Other wise it's take 3 strokes, turn around. Repeat. 🙃
You need to get an endless pool

I already have an endless refrigerator... :p
Ya…sorta the same. 2 large upright freezers, one 42” refer/freezer, one chest freezer or refer, depending on how you set it up, and 3 countertop refers (garden shed, shop, barn) and a bar under counter refer.

One of the main reasons for automatic backup generator

From the stepping on rakes files...

I bought a Chinese knock-off of a Racor 900FG water separator for less that $50 since my 30L sonic tank loosened up the inside varnish/paint/whatever it is on my real Racor 900FG filter/water separator and a real Racor costs hundreds and I needed a new sight glass for it anyway. I also bought a AN10 ORB to 1/2" barb to screw into said Chinese knock-off Racor water separator because I need to set up a gravity-fed pony fuel tank from a diesel can to bypass my Payloader's 80-gallon fuel tank because the fuel tank has turned into 80-gallons of pond water.

Anyway, I need to move my Payloader to a place where I can defuel its tank and pressure wash the inside of the tank.

All thanks to people who think making biodiesel is a good idea.

Got a really nice deal on a nearly brand new trailer and 12" plow for the Branson. Implements from 2004 but very well taken care, very little use and always stored inside a building. Both JOPER branded, one of the best implement manufacturers in the country.

The trailer has a GVW of 6600 lbs, so pretty much a perfect match to the tractor, which has a tow rating of 7700 lbs. It's a 3 way dump trailer, so it dumps to both sides and the rear.

The sides can be all removed and make it a flatbed if needed.

Another great thing, actually a must, is that it has a license plate and a title, so I can be 100% legal when driving on the road.

It does need some minor straightening in the back. Nothing major.

The plow is a 12" 180 degree rollover plow with hydraulic reverser. A perfect match for the tractor. Also in really nice shape.

I've been on 'hold'. Birthday and Father's day...rules say I have to wait.

Meeting kids in the city for belated dads day. Then I can buy what I need.

Found out yesterday I need to buy a new monitor for my PC. Asked for a few tools. I need them, so if I don't get them, I'll order tomorrow.

Window blinds and soon closet doors to complete the faux wood floor upgrade in the bedrooms. I did home construction / improvements for a living so this isn't retirement fun
Anyway so long as it keeps my other half happy. I'm happy and on to something I want (y)

I've always appreciated 3 way dump trailer, but never seen one in person. So.... how do you select which way to dump? I understand the cylinder part. Do you pull pins for the ones you don't want to act as hinges? Are there lockouts to prevent brain fog so you don't accidentally mangle it? Just curious.

Hopefully I can explain it in a way that makes sense.

The bed of the trailer has a fork (yellow circle) in each corner, while the chassis has an hinge pin (blue circle) per corner as well that these forks will slide into. Then there are two locking pins.

These locking pins are the ones that let you choose either rear dump or either of the side dump. By putting the locking pins in the rear forks, it will dump to the back. Putting the locking pins to either side, will make it dump to either side.

I suppose with this trailer, you can put the locking pins diagonally and make a mess out of the bed though.

Due to the much shorter distance between the hinge and the cylinder when dumping to the side, it gets a much higher angle than when dumping to the rear.

What did you buy this week?

I saw this tractor and the townie that had it had no idea what he had, so he was way low on his price,

SAME-35.jpg

So, I handed him the cash and brought it home!

SLH 35hp air cooled diesel, FARM tractor, built to do farm work, made out of cast iron with a steel hood, built in Italy by SAME. It has a 3 point hitch, hydraulic remote ect. so it's ready to do work.

NO, it's not new, but it starts easy, runs like a top with good power, and has 60 pounds of oil pressure. It's going to be perfect for the job I bought it to do!
