A 1000 lb. hydraulic lift table from Harbor Freight. Also in the pic is my old "portable" 6" vise.

AND I beat the price increase. I paid $180

I bought the same table a while back, I put a 1/4” metal top on it and find it very useful. I may add a vise also, nice little portable welding/working cart.

Another good source for flags is usually your congressman. I get 5x8 nylon flags for less than $25 from mine. You can have them flown over the capital for special events. And yes, made in USA.

Better to rent than own in many cases. renters don't pay RE taxes and most have school age kids as well. Having said that I do incorporate the RE tax burden in the monthly rent, so they do but indirectly and with 4 rental properties that tax burden is quite large. Least 3 of the 4 are paid off and the 4th one is close.

Oh yes they do, it is built into the rent and they can't get a deduction for paying them.

I just bought 24 - of the 5 quart jugs of Mobil1 5W30 from tractor supply for my generator business. Thats $5 per quart. Ive never seen it that low. Thats enough for 60 generators. I would have liked to get another 24 of them, but they were all out.
