I second the "a good truck" recommendation.
We don't get snow where I am but a 4wd truck with a front plow will move a lot more snow than any compact tractor. That and you will be much more comfortable unless your 4410 has a cab and heater.
I would also tend to sub out the initial major clearing. That is one of those things that someone with a dozer can do in an afternoon but would take you a year and cost you more in wear and tear than you would pay the dozer operator.
