Just ranting here, but Saturday I was plowing 10" of snow and today (Thursday) it's 67 degrees and sunny!!!! The neighbors I just plowed out are walking their dog in shorts! This whole winter has been a rollercoaster of up/down temps; sunny/rain/ice/snow/floods......why can't it just get cold and stay that way? And don't give me any of that "Inconvient Truth" global warming hooey.......

Maybe it's global bipolar. I think weather has always been up and down. To say "we had normal temperatures today" is just wrong. You can say we had "average temperatures", but normal implies that that occurs most of the time. No such thing with weather.
