weight on front end

Where are you going to carry the weight? In the loader bucket or as weights on the front wheels. etc. It makes a difference.

In addition to repetes question: how much counterbalance weight will you have on the rear end, and how far aft of the rear axle will it be?
You need to strategically arrange the weights on both sides of the rear axle (fore and aft) to get a desired front axle loading.
Too light and your front steering and 4WD won't be very effective.
Too heavy and you'll lose rear axle traction and you may overload/damage your front axle/drive system.
It's a balancing act that you should get good at with a little practice.

The standard front weight bracket holds up to 5 55 lb. weights. This should be sufficient ballast for either the L3200 or the L3800 tractors.
