Weight Limit For LT 2138

I was wondering what the towing capacity of my LT 2138 was. Someone said 2500 lbs which I find hard to beleive with the tractor only weighing 600-700 lbs. Also, does the new style 2500 series bumper fit the 2138, I am not really impressed with the one it has on it?

towing with with the ability too stop with brake, 1/2 the weight of tractor.so if tractor weights 600# the max would be no more than 300#.and that might be pushing it.

I am sure it is not 2500 lbs, but 300 seems way low. If it can pull a 17 cube cart rated at 1500 lbs, I would think it would at least be that much.

I think I saw that it is 300 lb tongue weight and total 1500 lb. On flat with good traction you can probably pull alot, but stopping might be a bit harder.
