water in hydrolics? Brake problem

well its happening again no 3pt and light on,do you think there could of been some water or something still in the tractor after fluid change?one more thing is my brake on the right rear is locking up. maybe water or needs to be adjusted. how to adjust or bleed the brake,is it the same fluid or comes from some place else like under the hood?

Disd you buy new shifter booties? If not, you will keep going through the samy cycle.

no i did not ,the shifter booties are broke.where to get new ones ?do you think water is affecting brakes too?i'll cover it up with a trash bag for now .thanks for the help diesel
