2019 Case 65a HI
START ENGINE..... runs short time and Symbol Light comes on and the STOP symbol and motor turns off by its self.
I WANT.... EVERYONE... to know that the owners manual DOES NOT... show the warning light symbol...
So that leads me to here and to ask you all the question....
What does this warning light symbol mean
And what to do to get. It turned off ?

I don't have a Case tractor, but that symbol doesn't appear anywhere, in any Case model I searched.
You're just as capable of a wild guess as I am, but my guess is transmission oil / power steering oil level.

Can't say for sure but most likely a low pressure alarm for the transmission lube circuit and steering motor.
A service manual should give you the troubleshooting procedure. My 8160 had a low pressure alarm for the low pressure auxiliary/oil pump in the hydraulic system.
It may well be tied into an engine shutdown function if low pressure in the transmission circuit could cause an issue.
