Warning light on international hydro 84

Hi all. I have an international hydro 84. It has a long arm mower in it and was owned by a township. I have had it a few years and only use it a couple times a year and now I have a warning light on only at higher rpm. If I idle it down below 1/4 throttle it goes off. Does anyone know what it is. Thanks in advance.

Water in fuel or dirty air cleaner. Just a wild guess.

Thanks I will check that air filter. I did try a Quick Look but didn’t see where it was but did change the fuel filters last year. Air filter must not be easy to get to. May have to remove the hood

There should be two air filters in the housing, an inner safety filter and an outer working filter. The outer can be cleaned by gently tapping it squarely on the end or low pressure air.
