Volunteer not starting

My volunteer won稚 Start, it turns over but no fire. Here痴 what I致e figured out so far, the fuel pump works I tested that, there is no spark at the plug but I tested the plug and it sparks when hooked up to my ride-on. Lots of juice in the battery, starter is turning strong. It seems what ever turns the fuel pump on and allows spark isn稚 working. Could it be a relay? All fuses are good but I don稚 know how to test a relay or tell if it痴 faulty.
