To my knowledge, factory replacement parts are not available in the U.S. for Vtek loaders. I would take measurements of your cylinder and match it as closely as possible to one from Surplus Center or https://www.baileyhydraulics.com/. Can the cylinder simply be rebuilt? Any local hydraulic shop should be able to install new seals if its just an issue with leaking.
