I think your biggest problem is going to be driving up the trailer from the tailgate, if you have a belly mounted mower. I have a 5 X 12 tandem and you have to park just right to load. or else you have to get off and man handle the thing in there. it only takes a little hump on the gate to high side the tractor. tires make a big differnce here too. Although trailer tires are what they always recommend, I personally like a 65 or 70 series tire vs the 75 series. and keep it as small as possible. I use truck type tires, but run them again as small as fesible. This will make a big differnce. Also, helps to keep the tongue as high as possible. Good luck
