Which One do you want to know about?
Greetings TBN tractor lovin gurus and those from the outside looking in! I feel like I've neglected you guys because my phone frequently keeps my mind from wandering over this way.

I do want to share some exciting news from the EA World...VERY exciting IMO because grapples are totally my thing!

First, a little background info...
The start of our rake style Wicked Grapple venture started with a 150 pound 48" BX Model, then came our ever so popular 200 pound Wicked 55" with universal quick attach or JD quick attach. Sparks went to flying and phone lines have been hot ever since. Since those were only rated for tractors under 40hp, people with larger tractors like the MX Kubota and NX Kioti once again demanded more. We came up with a 400 pound range 60" version and it is loved by every lucky someone who has taken delivery.

We just can't stop...
Just like before, we're being forced to up this Wicked game, so we're gonna turn it up....WAY UP!
Kubota M Series owners(M7060 is SO popular), John Deere 5000 series(5075E likewise), Kioti NX, LS RX, etc. owners are just dying for the next Wicked to join the family.
We went back to the drawing board and created the most IDEAL rake style grapple imaginable for those machines.
I'll update this with more progression, but here are the first pics taken of it.

A maneuverable sweet spot of 66 inches wide and it will be in the 600 pound range. Because of the materials used and Signature Wicked design features, this one will most likely be rated for up to 100HP tractors.

I hope you guys will comment and follow our latest Wicked Journey!

I’m ready to be a test mule when you get it together. You know my address. I’ll be sure to write a thorough review with lots of pics. I can test the 100hp rating

I also volunteer to beta test one. Just make it to pin on a NH575E. ;)

Nice thoughts guys, but we better make our M6-141 earn its keep!
With Ted at the wheel, I'm pretty sure it'll rule out any doubts about strength.

Wicked Tough right here, guys!
Check out how serious these materials are.
Travis

The round DOM tubing is 1 7/8" OD Schedule 120, which has a wall thickness of almost 1/2".

Square tubing is 3x3 with 3/8" wall thickness. This is the thickest 3x3 tubing you can get.

This new 66" beast went together perfectly and it quickly earned the Peanut Stamp of Approval.

I've always been curious about the teeth on the tines. Are they necessary for holding? Do they allow material to fall out when opened?

i made a grapple and put some serrations on the teeth when i cut them out with the plasma cutter. I think it helps hold some stuff.

The Wicked teeth greatly enhance it's ability to grip and rip! We've received tons of positive feedback from customers who really appreciate the added ability to hold onto otherwise hard to contain objects because of our Wicked tines.
We'll be using/testing this new grapple on our M6-141 and you'll see how easy it is to unload brush/debris.
Stay tuned.

Ted. I have a product idea for you. Why dont you guys make a GOOD, bolt-on grill guard for CUT tractors? Maybe make a set up similar to the way the John Deere "deluxe" Mesh pannels bolts to the existing front guards on these small tractors. So many of us owners need to re-invent the bush guards when using these grapples. Saving a punched radiator or broken headlights or hood would easliy pay for the upgraded guards. Most of these guards are somewhat universal in size.....so a bolt-on guard that has some adjustability may fit a host of tractors. I have a design in mind if your interested. (I used to design stuff like this for a living - now retired).

I'd be a customer on my new L 3360 HSTC tractor. (at this point I plan to take the guard off this fall and bring it to a fab shop whom will make the existing guard more reasonable for operating in brush). Seems to me there would be a good market?

I've received several inquiries for those, so it may be something we should look at in the future! I see people in the facebook group doing it all the time. You're right, it would be money well spent.
Thanks for thinking of us, but we're currently experiencing more demand than ever, so anything new is on the back burner.

Next good question... Why on earth would you introduce a new grapple model? It was my idea, but I guess we need our heads examined.
I just wanted the ability to supply an IDEAL rake style grapple for subcompact tractors up to 100 hp tractors. Mission Accomplished.

This new Wicked 66 has been performing Awesome out in the field. Premium materials such as AR 450 steel tine construction with laser serrations along with incredibly strong DOM tubing leaves this grapple alone at the top.

We mention the primo DOM tubing, but who actually knows what it is? Here's an explanation:
DOM, or Drawn Over Mandrel, tubing is made from a cold-drawn electrical resistance welded tube that is drawn through a die and over a mandrel to create dimensional accuracy, dependable weld integrity and an excellent surface finish(which we manually scuff so the paint will hang on). DOM has high tensile and yield strength, so It is generally chosen over welded tube where high pressure or large workloads are needed such as the manufacturing of race cars and motorcycle frames. Add Wicked Grapple rakes to the list!!
