That's why we added the good post button last year. Maybe we could use a formula to track % of posts that got a good post vote in the past year and use that to create a quality rating?

First you'd have to weed out those that were truly helpful and knowledgeable from those that are mere attabois between friends and accomplices.

My observation has been that posters with high daily post counts usually contribute less per post than those with average numbers. A couple of forums where this doesn't hold true are heavily member supervised even though forums are moderated.
Member supervised meaning titer lines are held than here at TBN.
